Whoa, I thought "snowcrabs" were a new type of Villagers, like snowbirds and snowflakes
Aren't snowcrabs banned in TV???

I always go to the chinese restaurant on 466. They have all you can eat after 4:00. Lighthouse does but I don't remember what night. You'll have to call. They advertise it in the paper.

FoPAA:

I was under the impression that snowcrabs are not allowed south of CR42 up near Mulberry. Probably a few snuck down under cover of night (accompanied with shovels, perhaps)!

I believe Captain Midnight had snowcrabs at one time but got treated for it.

We go to the Chinese buffet in Southern Trace for all you can eat crab legs after 4:00. Their shrimp is also really good. The Chinese buffet in La Plaza Grande also advertises crab legs but haven't tried them yet.

I would prefer "Blue Crabs", but now since I am too far away from the Chesapeake Bay, next in line is "The King Crab", Red Lobster cooks them perfect.

A great 'find' for snow crab legs that we happened onto Friday night was the 'Fresh Harvest' buffet at the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa. We had been to the casino before, but never had had dinner there. It has a seafood buffet on only Friday nights (there is only a 'regular' buffet the other nights); and the snow crab legs were fabulous; perfect! The best we have had anywhere. Also there was shrimp, scallops, salmon, oysters, and other seafood. The buffet also include a mongolian grill, sushi bar and other Asian foods, and other excellent choices. It was fabulous, a true feast, great atmosphere, and is well worth the trip. (Especially if you also like black jack).

They have a purple soap (so I am told) that will get rid of them.
On the serious side I believe Thursdays at the Lighthouse.

"Snow crabs" are people who come to TV in the winter from up north and complain about how crowded it is

added to the Glossary
Snow crabs = cranky, whiney winter visitors

Now we need a term for cranky, whiney year round residents. "Snow Frogs"? "Whiney Frogs"?
