Default Soon to be Villagers

We just got back from our 2nd "lifestyle preview".... and had a wonderful time. Debra Park was our realtor. She showed us both pre-owned and new. We fell in love with a pre-owned Amarillo in Duval, made an offer and the before we knew it, we became Villagers!
We're from upstate NY south of Saratoga Springs in a town called Clifton Park. My wife and I are still working so it'll be awhile before we get to spend a lot of time there. The sooner the better!
This message board has been invaluable in helping us make our decision to become villagers. Thanks to all who take the time to input their thoughts and answer newbie questions. Your help has made it so much easier for us.
Thanks again,
Phil and Pat

Welcome Phil and Pat - welcome from a brand spanking new Villager herself - I just bought a new Broadmoor CYV in the Village of Pennecamp. I hope to be living in TV by 11/6. I agree totally with you, this board IS invaluable and the friends I have made here are so warm and so helpful. I looked in Duval and wanted so much to move there, but all the CYV were sold when I arrived with the exception of one. I am not disappointed in purchasing in Pennecamp, but I know how excited you are about Duval. I felt the same way. Best of wishes to both of you. Hope to meet you soon.

Betty

Welcome to The Villages. We used Debra too. She did a wonderful job for us and spent days catering to our wishes. We also bought a pre-owned, but at the north end of The Villages. We just love our new lifestyle. The neighborhood and neighbors are super friendly. It took me a few days to notice your PM, but I did get around to responding. ENJOY!
