We met a couple when we first moved here that we became friendly with. After about 2 years, they moved to Stonecrest.
They decided they didn't want to be totally retired so they both got a part time job. They were not golfers or sports people. They didn't really use the rec centers or anything
So they moved, big reason more house less money. and quieter for them.

Once again, If the choice is Other than the Villages to live, and the person(s) wants to stay in this area the place to be would be Del Webb, Summerfield. Del Webb is far superior to the other retirement communities. However as I pointed out disappointment is down the road, bigger house doesn't always buy "Happy House ".
