Default Are the Appliances over priced???

Locked into a lot...........Question: Are the appliance packages provided over priced??? I understand the convenience of having the appliance in the house day-one (with a little premium), but is the mark-up nasty????

IMHO, yes. We took TV credit for the appliances, upgraded all, and spent less than the comparable upgrades if purchased from TV. All appliances except the MWO and DW were installed by the delivery service..
Del-air installed both the MWO and DW for $100..

The issue is not only the cost but the limited selection as well.

Man 100 dollars to install M/W and D/W I should start doing them only looking at one hour or less to put both in especially new construction.

Just reading the posts on TOTV should give you some leads. One question I asked them was to be sure they were licensed and bonded.
