Our house is in Amelia and backs up to a farm, we hear roosters and cows, also have horses that come up to the fence for treats. We love it, we enjoy the country atmosphere and of course all the benefits of The Villages.

The rooster your all refering to is coming from one of the farms behind Halle in Amelia. There are some cows up that way also I hear mooing from our Emmalee Villas. The homes adjacent to my street back up to a road and across that road is open pasture. One night a coyote pack decided to camp out in the pasture, now that was errie. Ahhhhh only in The Villages can all this come together.
