Yes I believe you’ll have plenty of room for all three vehicles. Just want to say “I love Jeeps and have had several in my life time.”

The garage is important for storage. Two types. Stuff you use a few times a month and stuff you infrequently use - maybe Xmass decorations. Consider ceiling storage racks and maybe shelves in your planning. Depending on your county you maybe able to have then email for free the building plans for your home. Marion County will do this.

I imagine there has never been a comedy show in the villages. Tough crowd.

We went for a 2 1/2 car garage with a 4' stretch to the width and 4' to the depth. When looking we definitely brought a 25' tape measure as the dimensions are sometimes wrong on the listings. Also, don't be fooled by the term 'expanded garage' in the listings, they seem to include that regardless of the size. I've seen 2 vehicles and 2 carts in a similar sized garage but it was TIGHT! I've got a Durango, same basic vehicle as the Grand Cherokee slightly stretched for a 3rd row of seats. Best vehicle I've ever owned and I've owned a bunch through the years. Welcome to the villages!

We have a two car garage with an suv and two carts. Without the laundry inside the garage, it’s a tight fit. You may have to consider a smaller suv.

Default Courtyard villa garage

We have Kia Soul, Chevy Spark and golf cart in our courtyard villa double garage. All fits fine. I purchased racks that hang from ceiling to get other stuff off the garage floor to be able to open car doors more comfortably (although this is optional). Hope this helps.
