We will be as of next week! We just bought a house on
Yearling Way, as well and closing July 24th! Can't wait to meet our new neighbors! We have been on and off down in The Villages for about a year. Now, we are permanent! We are from Maine! Looking forward to not shoveling snow this winter!

Welcome to the neighborhood! In the brief time I have walked around the area I have met a lot of very nice people. I look forward to meeting you. We are from New Hampshire and closed on our house on Yearling Way on May 23. We are moving down next week. Can't wait!

Moving in on Rainsong Ave. now. Renting in Mallory Square at present and moving in slowly on Rainsong. Mounds of boxes to unpack but anxious to meet new neighbors!!
Welcome to The Villages. Life is grand.

My home is on Upton Street. It's already furnished and ready for me to bring my personal items and move in...Hopefully, within the next 6 weeks.....

Bobby and I are from NC. Our home in Pinellas is on Rainsong. We had a home in Statesville and a secondary in Carolina Beach, out from Wilmington. We are in the process of moving in on Rainsong, but are taking our time unpacking, since we are presently renting a place in Mallory until the end of August. Hope to meet you soon as well as all the other Pinellas neighbors.

We are also moving to Nighthawk Terrace in two weeks. Can't wait to be all moved in.

Are you on the east or west side? They just finished putting the final touch on one house and looks like tomorrow they will be prepping/forming up for the concrete pad on the corner lot which will be the final house on Nighthawk.

Tonight we are celebrating our 1st week in TV. :beer3:

We will be the house next to the one empty lot that is on the corner. We will be closing next Tuesday and will move in the week later after we have the floors installed. Address is 3036 and we are are very excited to move. Actually the corner house will not have an address on Nighthawk.

Congrats! We look forward to meeting you. Yes I did notice on the permit pole yesterday that it had an Altair address, so the rear of it will be backed up to the side of your house. Hope we are as lucky, but I'm counting on kissing lanai's :-( They poured the slab this morning on the new corner house, so it may be under roof by the time you arrive.

That would be nice, so it wont be so messy. The way they build them it will be done so quick anyways and the whole block will be finished. Looking forward to meeting you guys soon.

:welcome: to TV and especially Pinellas! We have been here for two weeks now, and someone needs to pinch us, we still can't believe we live here. Still feels like we are renting, like the last four years.

We closed today and our Villages agent took a picture of "the board" in the Sumter Landing office of new Villagers for August 12 - 14 (yesterday - tomorrow).

There were 67 new closings in these three days.
