Default Village of St.James

I see there are alot of new/under contruction homes for sale in the Village of St. James. Is this a brand new village? Are they just expanding an existing village? Good choice of a village to live in?

It's the last village being constructed north of 466A. The infrastructure for it got underway last year. It's located SW of the southernmost intersection of Buena Vista Blvd. and St. Charles Pl. (St. Charles Pl. loops around and intersects Buena Vista Blvd. in two places).

I love Hadley too. I was just supporting my friend Swimdawg.

I didn't even give her that cool stuff to drink like we gave you..

Cool

North of 466A...from what I can tell, there isn't much south of 466A. I see the new town square of BrownWood(?) and Village of Sanibel. St. James is very close to both "as the crow flies". Do you think that The Villages as a whole will be expanding greatly in the BrownWood/Sanibel area? That seems like it would be awesome...Anyway you look at it, WE CAN HARDLY WAIT TO RELOCATE!

Check this map out. It might take a bit of time to download - depends on your internet connection:

http://www.districtgov.org/yourdistr...-Districts.pdf

St. James is in what's noted as "District 8 Phase 3" - in yellow, just north of 466A. The map also shows each of the two phases for Districts 9 and 10, south of 466A. Sanibel is in District 9 Phase 1. The file is a pdf so you can use the supplied controls to zoom in and out for more/less detail.

Sandy is forever grateful for that drink! Probably the most expensive outcome of our lives from just having a simple cool drink...... But well worth it!!

Hope your OH home sells quickly!

We are closing in St. James also in July. Our date is the 26th and I know that they staked out the property on Friday, a friend sent pictures to us.

Bill, Thanks for the link to the awesome map! This is the first I've seen such a map of The Villages. As a self professed MAP GEEK, I am enjoying it. Looks like quite alot of land south of 466A will be developed too!

Hi Katz,
Yes, when the Brownwood area is finished, The Villages will be about 1/3 bigger than it is now. I'm sure it will be fabulous!
