Welcome to The Villages and congratulations on your purchase. This forum proved to be a valuable tool for us long before our purchase and, because of its members, it continues to be a great source of information.

We closed and moved in Wednesday. Even though the patio villa was furnished, we have been running all over getting necessities. It has been fun, but we have hit the sack early after busy days. Again, this forum has been invaluable to us in every decision we have made.

Hit the road running, ended up hitting the bed early!
 
I have to agree about hitting the sack early after running around. When we were there a few weeks ago, and after meeting with the designers on the house (which was exhausting but fun) we had about 1 1/2 days to hit the furniture stores. At about 4 o'clock, we were so tired. Couldn't wait until bedtime. It takes a lot out of you. We realized we weren't 30 anymore. Enjoy your new home!
