You didn't by any chance mean "The Fresh Market", did you? We DO have one of those here in The Villages. Similar in some ways to Whole Foods.

Actually, the closest one is not that far, here's the link.
Map & Directions | WholeFoodsMarket.com

Unfortunately, Fresh Market isn't the same as Whole Foods, they are very different. I have not been to this store in Winter Park, but I have been to the 2 in Tampa and they are fantabulous. I just wish they weren't so far and we had one nearer to TV.

Thanks guys!
Can someone tell me about 'Fresh Market'.
How big is it, and what all can you buy there? Is it all organic?

Fresh Market is a lot like Whole Foods. Much of the same merchandise. I'm pretty sure it is all organic, but I'm not positive about that. Possibly not because I love their sugar-free cheesecake!

fresh market is not all organic but they have plenty of organic goods. its more of a neighborhood market in size. great meat counter and bulk foods area. sushi is pretty decent too.

whole foods is far superior though. the best one in my opinion is the one in orlando on sand lake and dr. phillips. best hot bar selection of the local whole foods stores. if you want one in a cool area you should go to the one in downtown sarasota. really neat area.

Agree with KathieI, Fresh Market is not very much like Whole Foods, although Fresh Market stores do pretend to be. They are laid out in similar fashion and carry some organic foods. That's about the extent of the similarity.

Whole Foods is awesome.
