This is a great place, why would anyone move here and and trash the place. Who comes here from any major city and think its OK to throw beer bottles and whisky bottles along the cart paths. If you can t drive from point a to point b. Without drinking at least keep your bottles in your cart. The stop signs are not suggestions, stop u are not so important that u need to endanger others because u started out late. With that in mind if u have people honking their horns,or yelling at u and u don't t understand why,it might b time to hang up the keys. None of us want too but its a fact of life. Don't t finish your life by taking a life in an auto accident. Most of my post are from life experience.

We have lived in the Villages for a little under three years--we have never seen so many people rude--we have traveled the world and found people to be friendly in most places. We are not happy retirees living in the Villages and looking to move to a retirement community with pleasant professional people living there. You are right the Villages is not for every one, wish we enjoyed it here with all of the activities but we will give all of that up for peace and sanity!
Our three bedroom Villa is for sale and listed under homes for sale in the Village of Tamarind Grove, if any one is interested our neighbors are great!

There are miserable people everywhere. Even in the villages. Maybe they were run out of their former town!
