Default Information Provided by Lake County

When damage occurs from an event such as a hurricane, tornado or severe weather outbreak, information is gathered by the Emergency Management Division from a variety of sources to determine the magnitude of damage. This includes information from local governments, county departments and agencies, public safety entities and telephone reports that are made directly to the Division. This webbased damage reporting page is another mechanism for the public to report damage within Lake County 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

While this page is primarily geared towards assessing damage to structures, other damage information can be submitted by responding to the appropriate questions.

Please fill out the Damage Report Form as completely as possible. This will help Lake County staff determine eligibility for the county to receive state and federal assistance and to assess citizen needs. Please click here for the Damage Report Form and additional information.
