Default Antique Consignment Shops

I have a valuable antique doctors cabinet that Ineed to sell. Furniture sells so cheaply here so I need to find a reputable antiques dealer. Anyone have a recommendation?

I asked a similar question on here a few months back (for vintage glassware), and never got a response. Hopefully someone can advise you.

You will probably have better luck on EBay. Antiques are not a hot item in this part of Florida. Or maybe inquire about a shop in St. Augustine?

Just a thought, if you take pictures and measurements (if to large) to one of the antique stores in Wildwood maybe the will be able to give you an appraisal.

Another possibility is Renninger's Antique Center in Mt. Dora (20651 US 441). I was there for a garden event but went through the antique area just to see what was there. I got the impression it's a destination, and well known among those seeking quality pieces.

Google them and you'll find their website as well as reviews from Trip Advisor, etc.

Agree with juneroses about exploring Renninger's. Have seen some beautiful pieces there.

Put it on TOTV classifieds. You may be surprised and get the price you want or close to it. Someone may be looking for just that item. Just sold my dining room set and was pleased with results. Check out Furniture Barn, the place has a steer on top of the building. They may do consignment. CAM, send me a picture. KEB
