Anyone know what this is
 

The entire thing, base and all is aluminum. There is no grit or teeth on the attachments. They are not screwed into the base; they appear to be pressed to place. Some are tight, and some will spin. There is no writing, nor any type of mark at all.

was it left from previous owner? Could you contact them for the fun of finding out what it is?

Maybe something you picked up at a Villages Art Fair? That could be where I saw one like it.
