I can't begin to understand how anybody could make that bright and beautiful little girl into a throwaway child. She sounded so much like our granddaughter when she was little who also called her grandfather "papa", that each time the tape is played that she says "Are you tired Papa" my husband physically cringes and I can't help the tears from coming. Casey is a sociopath and the parents are enablers and have been so for Casey's entire life. They are all equally guilty as evidenced by the father's latest episode. Once again he cries for sympathy. He did everything possible to be discovered before he did anything...texting messages, writing an 8 page letter, PUH-LEASE!!! Whatever will be the mother's next move for sympathy?
