Today, 07/07/17, Ringo Starr turns 77.

Also, yesterday is considered the 60th birthday of The Beatles. On July 6, 1957 Paul McCartney was introduced to John Lennon by a mutual friend named Ivan Vaughn. Paul played a song called Twenty Flight Rock and John asked him to join his group, then called The Quarrymen.

Loved some of the scenes in 2004's The Ladykillers https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/ladykillers. My Aunt Gert could not understand why I was so happy after seeing it with me at the AMC Woodlands Square 20 in Oldsmar, FL. It is the helmet cam shot among other things.

Some of the movies I watched quite frequently when on TV back in the 1970s and 1980s. All three of these had remakes too of some kind or another.
