Oh now Gnut, you know you can't have the last word!.. LOL..
My views on the rights issues you describe have nothing to do with my views on carrying a gun.
As a single landlady I would not go into a vacant property without carrying, as I have had vagrants camping out in them.
When I go out at night in TV alone and will be parking who knows how far from a venue that is open to the public...
if that is a chemical imbalance I'm a monkey's uncle.

military installations are not armed environments. When Clinton was president he passed an executive order banning carrying weapons on a military base.

Yes there are armed guards at the entrances. And as proven by the Naval Shipyard incident, all one has to do is get past the guards.

I would be curious what chemical is in the brain of this group be it high or low that could cause a person to go so far in one direction or another. I have more concern about this group than I do about criminals or serial killers as aim more likely to come in contact with a distraught gun totter than a criminal.

However, lets just say we are all right and leave it at that. :spoken:

the above contains assumptions obviously designed to facilitate a personal position/opinion. And as we all know asumptions need not be true/correct/accurate/representative....they are just facilitators for the sake of point(s) to be made or made.

More concerned about your neighbors than serial killers or criminals????? Wow!

And I am in full agreement with you. I bet you even think women should be paid the same as men if they do the same job.

Sorry, but yes, that is the way I feel. You and I are more likely to be shot by a mad neighbor that is armed than we are by a random criminal. Now I have great love and respect for most of my neighbors and I despise criminals, I am simply telling you that the percentage of being killed is higher from a gun toting neighbor than an armed criminal. The Villages has lots of gun owners yet very few criminals. If ya don't get it now, sorry but I can't explain it any clearer

I would say that TV has its fair share of criminals.
Go here and use Toujays address 1129 Canal Street. Set the radius for three miles, and you will be shocked at the number of registed sex offenders living in TV. For the PC crowd, any admonishment about respecting privacy will fall on deaf ears.
