It isn't REAL warm today, Joe. But the sun is shining bautifully and the birds are singing and people are smiling ...and we are saving a whole bunch of sunshine for when you get here.

High temp here to day in central Ahia where we're located was a whopping 28 degrees with snow flurries off and on throughout the day. One of the local weather guys this morning said the high temp for this day last year was.............(wait for it).............84 degrees and sunny. Nice.

It could always be worse.
