I don't want to sound political, I think a lot of people are living in a bubble. All you have to do is turn on a TV and watch what people say about our President. Everything he does is criticized. I don't care what color or what party you are a part of he is still our President and was elected by the majority. He's not respected because he's black. I was taught to respect the President regardless of political preference. All I hear in the villages are disparaging remarks about our black President so why would people here be surprised about what happened in Fruitland Park or Sanford for that matter. I don't think this post will be up long but I don't think it's political but factual about what's relevant to the topic.

When you see a President have a finger wagged in his face by a governor, have his speech interrupted during the State of the Union, or have an interviewer contantly interrupt him, you know there is a total lack of respect. And what makes matters worse is that many people applaud those happenings. |
