I just can't wrap my arms around that countries are suppressing knowledge of extraterrestrial beings. I think we, the human race, would be fascinated to hear of a visit from outside our universe.. Not all of us equate new knowledge with harm. I can't see why a being would come here to hurt us, probably more out of investigation. We may be boring as hell to beings more advanced than we are.

I think all those science fiction movies have altered our opinions. Yes it is possible and very probable that life exists out of the range of our knowledge, but it is just as likely that it knows about us and doesn't care about us than it wants to come here and hurt us or steal us or kill us.

If I went to another planet to investigate, I would be interested not hostile.

I see no reason to suppress information about ancient structures. Hills that kinda look like pyramids are probably hills that kinda look like pyramids.

The simplest answer is usually the closest to the truth. I see no reason why any ancient visits by extra terrestrials would be suppressed by the media. By the government. By anyone with any reputable knowledge.

It just feels like a conspiracy theory.
