I've been using Direct for about three years and have no complaints. The programming is comprehensive and diverse.
Any time I've called to reconnect, disconnect or for trouble, they've been very helpful and don't leave you until the issue is resolved.
However, I do experience a momentary loss of signal when there is severe rain then ;D the signal returns, automatically, in a matter of minutes. Overall I'm quite satisfied.
