Just to be cautious when you bring your pet in for grooming?

If you take your pet to PETSMART, I think you would want to know this. In particular be aware of PetSmart Corp response which was NO response at all.

We took our puppy to the local Petsmart for 5+ years and realized that they kept her for 4-5 hours for a bath and groom. We now use a local mobile pet groom and they come to the house and have her done in approx 1 hour

When you pet taking behind closed doors anything can happen. After all they not human, so our rules don't apply. Same goes when your kenneling, if our pet could only talk I'm sure sometimes we would be shocked.

When you bring your dog somewhere to be groomed, you are dropping your dog off and there is no way you can be cautious. You aren't there. You should know, however, what the process is while they are there.

The posted article gave no information. None. No details!
After reading it, it is obvious to me that there is a large part missing and it isn't telling the entire story.

It is not unusual for a dog to be at a groomer's for a few hours. It took you five+ years to realize she was at Petsmart for 4-5 hours each time???
Our dog has never suffered from being at the groomer for a few hours and she has always been well treated.
