Ordering online at dollar tree

I ordered online also. I was told they were in and went to pick it up. There I was told it didn’t arrive and I had to wait. I waited almost 2 months and finally called to get a refund. Meanwhile I went to the store and picked up all that they had of that item. I’m sure my item was coming in and they were being put out on the shelf each time.

Good Place for a $1.25 Boycott... Bye Bye Dollar? Tree...

I would contact the Better Business Bureau.

One would think a box of bibles would find their way. Hope they find them for you.

If you purchased the items with a credit card, you have 60 days from the statement date where the charge first appears to dispute the charge with your bank. The bank will remove the charge and your problem is solved. If you didn't use a credit card, then I think you are out of luck.
