While I still can't find anything that says the reef off of Abaco is helping with Dorian's storm surge...I (as always) appreciate a legitimate link.

Since the link says in some situations reef's "can" help in a storm surge...here's hoping that applies in this case.

The power for the camera hasn’t gone out either.

Update: now the power is gone.
