Sending wishes for a safe and fast recovery. Prayers too.

It really is hot. A large section of our plate glass in lanai shattered on it's own yesterday. Scared us to death. Grateful for safety glass.

It's surprising that every year people are commenting on this like it's some kind of new phenomenon.
My husband and I were discussing this yesterday, how did we not remember this heat. It then occurred to us we are usually traveling this time of year.

Best wishes for your surgery, twoplane.

Heart valves sure are sneaky things. Mitral valve problems are not found just in older people, but in athletes and younger people, too. Heart valves can go haywire, even while the arteries remain in good shape. They can fix you.

Villagers are great and I thank everyone for the good thoughts and prayers. I have returned to Tv with a repaired heart and pacemaker. May wait a few before returning to playing pickle ball. The staff and surgeons at Advent Health in Orlando were great and I felt save being there during these crazy times. So great to be back in Tv.
