UPDATE: Since I was at Fresh Market today and bought some more seafood salad, I went ahead and ask...

FWIW...it is made with imitation crab meat. :)

Publix has their version also. In the Grab and Go section and back with the Seafood. Both seafood salad and pasta seafood salad. :ho:

And so does Winn Dixie. I actually like WD’s a little better than Publix’s. But for me The Fresh Market has them both beat.
