It is going to be near impossible to find a fair and impartial jury with all the air time that this story received in the media.
I've been thinking and saying similar for some time now, thanks to the Sharptonestas and ratings seeking media out there. However, I think that seating a jury will be easier than one would think since most anyone interviewed out of the jury pool, during the selection process, who strongly believes he's guilty or innocent will not admit that fact or will try to conceal it. Couple that with as politically pressured a prosecution effort might be, I believe there's little or no chance that a fair trial or true justice can occur for either Zimmerman or Martin, no matter what people might think, and that's sad!

There is a compelling case to be made that the special prosecutor has in fact been influenced by all the rhetoric surrounding this event, and because of that it seems pretty clear that she has overcharged on the complaint.

I find this a clear and rational analysis of what has happened.
