Social media news is known to be inaccurate much of the time. Don’t believe everything you read on it. Thank God for the first Amendment and free press in this country. In addition, much of the Cable News (CNN, Fox, etc.) is filled with opinions as opposed to real news. I watch the evening news at 6:30 ET and rotate between the major networks to get what I believe overall is the most accurate unbiased reported news we can get today. I believe they try very hard to report accurately what you see and hear. We may interpret events differently but what you see and hear is what took place. Watching only one Cable Network all the time cannot, in my opinion, give you a well rounded diversified and accurate picture of events that are occurring on a regular basis in our country. Just before he died Steve Jobs was quoted as saying “Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life.” A profound thought from a dying man. I think what he said can be interpreted to mean living someone else’s opinions too. It’s up to us to make our own choices. |
