Who ever uses nukes isn't going to waste them on Disney. They are expensive and strategic. The most likely targets are Patrick AFB, McDill AFB the Naval base in Jacksonville and Pensacola as the primary targets. Whoever nukes america will want to have Florida as a vacation destination so, luckily, they will only use dirty cobalt or neutron bombs.
