I don’t always eat eggs, but when I do I prefer "Dos Eggies." Stay safe my friends!

Best to skip the eggs altogether. Not worth the risk to your health.

Compared with men who rarely eat eggs, men eating even less than one egg a day appear to have twice the risk of prostate cancer progression. And, men who consume two and a half or more eggs per week—basically an egg every three days—may have an 81 percent increased risk of dying from prostate cancer.

Poached. And never raw on my house or car.

No Omelet???

I usually make omelet every other day with leftover veggies from previous dinners. Much healthier than fried potatoes/onions or breakfast meat.

why don't you just buy egg whites!!?? I LOVE hard boiled AND poached, buy I will eat veggie omlets too (with parm. cheese!)

I will second the omelettes first, then scrambled second. My favorite omelette is a Spartan omelette served at a suburban Chicago restaurant -- with gyros meat, feta cheese, tomatoes and spinach. Second favorite omelette has chorizo, salsa and cheddar cheese. I also like broccoli and mushrooms in my omelettes.

Regarding scrambled eggs - must be served with cheddar cheese and salsa.

Wow! They sure hate eggs!!
Some years ago I was examined for prostrate problems, but thankfully got the all clear.
My Consultant told me not to worry, as most old men died with prostrate problems, but very few from it.
He was a very nice man, and I would have loved to have seen him, but he was behind me all the time!!
