Hurray!! Finally under contract!!!!!
We FINALLY sold the house here in NC!!!! :beer2:
Closing is mid-August, then we will be in TV permanently!! Frogs!!! Can't wait!!!! 040 040 040 040 040 Anxious to get into the full time TV groove... And will just have time to get settled before some of our snowbird friends start arriving!!!

Congrats Mint! I am so happy for you and also encouraged because its a sign (I'm taking it as one anyway) that things are picking up in the Carolinas. We are still trying to sell ours in SC. Look forward to meeting you when we all get to TV.
