Tri-county agencies from Sumter, Lake and Marion counties are accepting supplies for people impacted by Hurricane Michael in the Panhandle of Florida. In Sumter County the Sheriff's office has two drop-off locations, 7361 Powell Rd., Wildwood and 250 E McCollum Ave., Bushnell. Drop-off dates in Sumter County are Oct. 18 and 19, 8-5.
Lake County will accept supplies at the Sheriff's Operations Bldg., 360 West Ruby St., Tavares. Drop-off locations in Marion County are at three Sheriff's Office locations.
