Not sure if this is the place, but...
on our next visit to TV for the changing of the tenants (March 29-April 2)
we would like to go to Miami and/or Ft Myers.

Anyone know of any commuter flights to/from airports near TV and the other places?

We're using Allegiant Air for the first time from Hagerstown (Md) to Sanford
(though we did not get the $39 tickets because of the season) and will rent a car, but prefer not to make the two trips.
Allegiant flies to Punta Gorda but not from Md.

Guys:

So far as I can see, there's no intra-Florida air service. Yes, there are a few flights between Orlando and Miami, but my gut sya that you might just as well drive it!

Once you've put up with the "flying experience," (that is, more than an hour of the check-in procedure; security hassles, baggage-claim hassles) you might be just as well spending as much as 5 hours behind the wheel!
