Default Italian bakery nearby?

Does anyone know of a good Italian bakery nearby? The type of place we're looking for would be like Mike's in Boston (if you're familiar with it). My wife is trying to find some of the "goodies" she grew up with.

Thanks.

Magnolia Bakery Magnolia Ave, Ocala
If you Google it, you'll find info. I haven't been there, but know several who love to go there.
