Default Jon Rahm mi****s a ball, badly at Augusta

Practice day at Augusta for the Masters and on a par three 16th hole over water Rahm hits the top of the ball into the lake. I hope seeing how badly he hit the ball will make you feel better. Or not.

Re my title... it is mis hits. Apparently the censor doesn't like a mis-hit

Actually, skipping it across that pond is a game a lot of the players partake in on one of the days before the Masters.

It makes me feel good when I hit the ball well myself, not when others hit the ball badly.

Default Rahm

Have been to the practice round several times. The pro's hit a normal tee shot, then they go down to the edge of the water and try to skip one across the pond to the greeen. Rahm did that and got a hole in one. Quite a shot.

Since it was intentional your comment is rather strange.

When I was wearing the green shirt, I met a guy(who will remain nameless) that showed us how to skip a ball across the water, and back onto a green. No Ace, but still amazing.

Ok, I am fully admonished that I didn't know this was a thing at the Masters. All the reports had it as a hole in one, which it certainly isn't if you don't hit it from the tee. No matter what, it was amazing and I thought people would enjoy seeing it. I should have known that Rahm wouldn't mis..hit a ball that badly, and simultaneously that well.

No problem..... you're certainly not the first person on TOTV who posted about something they knew very little about.

The National Hockey League's third most winning head coach is Ken Hitchcock. Online hockey sites were censoring his name to Hitch**** in the comment section even when he was the topic of the story with his full name. Actually I don't know if this comment will make it through the censor.

it was a crazy shot.

it was not the first "water hole-in-one" at the masters

This is a tradition that has been going on at the Master's practice rounds for many years. The players got to the front to the 16th tee and try to skip a ball over the water.

Rahm did not miss. He hit the shot intentionally that way.

I believe that someone else made a hole in one this week as well.
