Default Last Tango in Canada

Well, I found the thread about "O Canada" like I said I would in that thread where I was saying Happy Birthday to Canada.

It took me awhile, but then I figured out to look back in my own posts instead of searching under 'O Canada' which was not working. Well, it's embarrassing enough to look back on my own posts, but here it is. Post number 214 or some such hideous number. It was on April 15. I was probably procrastinating about my income tax.

Anyway, it all started with Rokinronda's post of the guy playing the piano by bouncing balls on the keyboard. And then Muncle could not name one of the tunes. And then I became rather obsessed with trying to name the tune because naming tunes is what I do when I am not looking for old threads on TOTV. You see I am, in fact, an idiot savant, in case you had any doubt.

So anyway, here it is. You sure don't have to read it. Unless you are procrastinating, too.

And thanks again Muncle, if you're reading this, for coming to the rescue once you figured it out. Or I would have still been sitting here the day before July 4, trying to name that tune. Sitting here procrastinating.

OK.

Since I seem hell bent (Is that one word or two?) on raising procrastination to an art form today, here's a little something you girls can try if you would like to procrastinate, too.

Open the thread within my first post above where I started this "Last Tango in Canada" thing.

Now, go all the way down to April 17 at 2:18 AM where you will find a post from Muncle. It's the one with the big quote on top.

Now open the first link to youtube that is in that post.

Make sure it's the first one. (The next one is just plain fun.) But open the first one. It's the Rachmaninoff Paganini thing.

Now, girls, listen to it. Turn up those speakers.

Did you cry? Or maybe just tear up a little?

I don't think there is a woman in the world who can hear this and not at least tear up? I, of course, blubber and snort, every single time.

So anyway, procrastination is what I do best. And I thought you might like to join me.

But I have to get out of here -- for now.

But, c'mon, see if it makes you cry when you listen. It will only take a minute.

That's the one Superman liked, isn't it?
