Default More New Home Incentives

I received this e-mail today. Things appear to be changing even more in the sales department.
“ That’s right, our newest way to become a Villager allows you to select the interior and exterior colors of your choice. Your Sales & Marketing Representative will coordinate your visit to our Designer or Premier series model center to familiarize you with our latest model homes. Once you determine the floor plan you desire most and select the interior and exterior colors from our model centers that suit you best - we’ll then build your unique dream home on the site of your choice”

I guess the down turn in the real estate market forced them in that direction again. I look for even better deals this Spring and Summer.

If I'm reading this correctly; the only amenity they are giving you is the choice of interior wall colors, exterior colors and site location. It doesn't sound like you can customize anything else such as tile; flooring, etc.

Am I correct?

It says to contact a TV sales rep for more info. I'm curious too about what you can/cannot customize.. and if on villas too, or just the houses

I thought the prices with the discount was the best I've seen yet. Although there is the bond--but still--not bad.

Hope you're right about summer deals.

This beach house has GOT to sell before summer!!

My recent experience is that they are not just discounting the ones that have been sitting aroung "a long time" but just about all of them...including the ones completed in the past couple of weeks with nice features.

jmemc46 , you can certainly talking to TV about "getting on the list" but I just received the last one for the first time. I prefer to just watch the boards here, they seem to be more reliable for info. Good luck.

It looks like there is a system to the page name given to the discount listings.
http://www.thevillages.com/specialof...ngs-200802.htm Look at the -200802

My guess is the March listing will be -200803, unless someone sees this posting and revises the naming scheme.

RockyBanks, you're right. I have the link saved and at the end of each month just increment it to the next month, and it always works.
