Default LETTING GO

I made Tom pancakes for breakfast (something we don't often have)...then got out the incredibly good Pure Maple Syrup we bought when in Toronto a couple of years ago. After serving him his meal, I continued to make my own pancakes. Tom was enjoying his food, slopping up the syrup with each bite. My pancakes finally finished, I pored the syrup on mine...BIG chunks of mold dropped on my pancakes. Eeeeewwwwwww!!! It was like the remains of a small putrifying body...maybe I watched too many episodes of "Bones" last season. I showed Tom, after he quit gagging..... I chose not to try it. The meal was too fattening anyway.

I went to my office to get back on TOTV. Saw a bag of "Good Sense" Raisin Nut Mix. Yeaaa, Food! I discovered something....they mean it when they write expiration dates on stuff....even if it has not been opened.

I think there is a lesson in this somewhere...a letting go lesson. This discovery could affect our move to TV. Bet it eliminates the need to move at least ... let's say...at least one box!
