Default LIV Golf

I saw a little bit of LIV golf. Very different feeling. Short pants, loud music and good golf. I couldn't find the next round.

LIV Boston was at a Club I used to manage. I've never seen golf fans have as much fun at a tournament, as they did at that event ... except maybe, the Waste Management event.

LIV did a spectacular job of putting on the tournament.

I am a regular PGA and LPGA tours watcher. I found the LIV event last week on the CW almost unwatchable.

We are attending the upcoming LIV Tour Event in Orlando. We love the format.

But do they wear collared shirts?

Old PGA watching fogies better embrace the NEW golf.

IMO too much glitz, graphics, yada yada yada from the know it all’s, the side scores are OK but not comprehensive. I may grow into it, but I guess I’m a traditionalist at heart. The younger set will prob love it and that is LIVs target.

Everybody gets paid, no cuts, no pressure. In spite of the WWF type promotion, I find it annoying and boring. But all the defectors are making boatloads of cash. The Saudis have plenty of money to burn, so expect to see it around for awhile. Viewership for the round last week on the CW network was poor compared to the Honda with a weak field. Something like 250,000 viewers compared to 2.5 million for the Honda.

Not what golf should be imo. Watched a bit of it and it was unwatchable. Last time I will even watch a minute of it. Just an awful product.

It did seem like watching a bunch of good old boys on a golf trip. Amazed they weren't having a beer and riding in a cart.

Watched every minute of LIV golf since it started. Being an avid golf fan for many years, particularly Ryder & President's Cup tourneys and "match/team play" format - I find LIV golf much more exciting and fun to watch. Started watching Bay Hill Thursday, a good part of the field was already done for the day as usual with 8 hours of golf play format. The shotgun start for LIV gets everybody out together for a 4 hour golf event. Party/music atmosphere gets loud on holes near the clubhouse, looking forward to attending upcoming event at Orange County National - and good times!

I really want to see a LIV match. When is it coming to Orlando, and will any of it be on TV? What station carries it?
