Recently "Text While Driving Man/Woman" has appeared on the scene. Wonder what their life expectancies will prove to be?

I'm not sure who's eating all the snacks and drinking all the beer but here is some information I found online.

Super Bowl Snack Facts:

After Thanksgiving, Super Bowl Sunday is the second biggest food "holiday".

Snacks alone add up to 1,200 calories and 50 grams of fat (per average NFL fan).

Sales:

325 million gallons of beer

1.23 billion chicken wings

11 million lbs. of chips

2.37 million spent on soda

3.8 million lbs. of popcorn

Rise in pizza deliveries 35%

Antacid sales increase by 20% the Monday after Super Bowl Sunday.

1.5 million people stay home from work on Monday due to feeling sick.

It will be a struggle, VPL, but I agree to continue to be Pizza Woman. If I ate everything on your Super Bowl list, however, I would have to be Tums Girl.

Of course, it is a shame when a person passes on - but who could ever believe (even without medical knowledge) that sucking hot tobacco smoke deep into your lungs could be healthy?

As for Super Bowl snacks, I did okay this year and just had some Chex Mix and one beer.
