Default New Apts. no age limit, income restricted on 466 just past Morse Blvd.

Looks like we will be getting a bunch of new neighbors soon. The Lake Sumter Apts. currently under construction on Hwy 466 adjacent to TV appears to be government subsidized housing. Their amenities list includes being very convenient to Sumter Landing and Brownwood on their website.

Those are not in the villages or associated with developers, so it’s none of villages business. The squareS are open to public. But, if developers wanted to stop it I’m sure they could have just like they did off CR466 and B/V in that little square plot behind the hotel next to the family compounds.

With Brownwood apartments Now in district 13 what stopping the developers to building them throughout the districts and over crowding already crowded districts.
I see this in the potential in district 4 off cr42 by Phillips and souliere. Can crowd another 500 apartment in the open land in both areas. Also around saddlebrook, maybe one day the polo field will be 1000’s of apartments. Lot cheaper to build up than across.

I say great!

The folks that live outside TV and work inside TV are very important to TV lifestyle.

No.....it’s just like the Rolling Acres you can’t have income higher then a set amount. Rolling Acres use to $2000 a month. Also they have a lower set income for seniors so this is a good thing not bad....great place for TV employees
