Ha. Lutefisk. AK "Sewer trout". Saw a sign once at Byerly's (If you're a Minnesotan and live anywhere near the MSP metro you know about Byerly's) advertizing "fresh lutefisk". No such thing.

Big deal up there though at Christmastime. We used to attend the annual Gustavus Adolphus College (St. Peter, MN) lutefisk supper and concert. The concert was always great. The Lutefisk? Well... But they smother it in cream sauce and butter so it's not too bad. And of course the alternate is always Swedish meatballs which are great.

I once asked a Norski friend of mine, if Lutefisk is so great why do you folks only eat it once a year? He had no answer for that.

I’m in Minnesota now, I had a brain fart when I saw this in Talk of The Villages 😂🤣😂. And what do you have against Lutefisk anyway 😂🤣😂

Never met one I did not like. They are very cuddly.

Do these come with an appointment with a cardiologist?
