I disagree. Following your advice would mean arguing all day long.
Besides, stupid as it is, he foes have a right to say it. Disallowing that right would be intollerant.

Off topic, but couldn't help but notice you're living in Forest Hills. I used to live there, on Booth Street near 67th Drive. Convenient to the local subway stop where I could go the leisurely way to Manhattan, or go back one stop to Continental to get the F train express.

Used to like to go to Cabana (restaurant) and 5 Burro (restaurant). Walking distance to everything on Austin Street from home.

The Villages is still pretty friendly. I would challenge someone to prove that there is another "town" that is more friendly. Walmart is NOT the Villages.

As far as I know who is still the first baseman playing near but socially distant from what on second base.

Since she is the lady I raised her to be, she ignored his idiotic comment. So sorry she had to encounter a person like that.

That wasn't much of a "man" if you ask me. Lots of people are frustrated by the government's handling of the Covid-1984 pandemic, and none of us like being "told what to do," but simple civility doesn't have to be a casualty. He should learn some manners.

I'm a little late to this thread, but I laughed out loud at your post.:1rotfl:

Taught the skit to my grandkids when they were 7 and 4 and they picked it up rather quick.

Now when we zoom and we ask either one what they did earlier that day they often say I dont know and of course I immediately say 3rd base.
