When I went to school the doors automatically Locked with only able to exit where they didn’t want uncontrolled entry, seems like all doors except few entry points (very few like two monitored) after bell rings would be done? Plus all windows locked or high enough not to climb in. Also now days security cameras should be norm. Yes, as much money public school collect from taxes and lottery they should be standard security like Fort Knox. Be we know the taxes and lottery money gets Siphoned off. Why lotteries had imaginary of supporting schools justifying its means for its existence.

Assuming your math is even correct, what are the odd though of it happening in any INDIVIDUAL school? Certainly less than 2% as I stated earlier. So no phones for the kids to call mom just in case.

Now, you could make the argument that anything above 0% is unacceptable, with which I would agree.
