They got too full eating the golf courses to fly.

Here's your answer: The Love Bug burrows into the ground and places the larvae... Now the only real enemy that a love bug has is Rain...we had quite a bit of heavy downpours at the right time...Timing is everything as the saying goes.

So with that in mind it did a real good job @Carpet Bombing the " Larvae " with Rain . Looking ahead to September I think were looking pretty good. :plane:

Probably some other animal/bug figured out they were good to eat.

Their divorce rate is up and they're all hanging out at singles bars.

Wait til September. With all the rain we have had so far this year, they WILL be back, have no fear :)
