I would like to say I agree with you but I'm pretty sure that 100% of you out there doesn't know what it's like to have to take the life of another person; I do, having had to do it twice in my career; it is something you never forget.

Unless you don't have a conscience, and I know all of you do unlike the thug punks in the cities killing each other every day, it's not as easy as it appears to be on television. Support the good Police Officers (the bad ones will weed themselves out or be weeded out by the good ones, yes, it does happen) and hopefully you'll never have to make that decision.

I think you misunderstand the information available by taking the tests. It will reveal to you subconscious automatic responses to visual and language stimuli. One of the tests showed I had a mild preference for white people, another a mild preference for Jews, the third showed no preference. I did the Obama test, no preference. The test is not to see where you stand, it is to see what pre-judging you do before you have any information. What unconscious beliefs to you have and how strong are they which might interfere with making a well reasoned decision.

He seems to take great pride in being a "thug". He makes a living off the thug theme.

If he says he's a thug, why should anyone else be labeled a "hater" or "racist" for calling him one???

Most of us have common sense. Some prejudge everyone. Some do not.
But we have to do a little prejudging or assessment to keep ourselves safe.

It isn't wrong to do that. We all think we don't. But we all do. Some feel that all old, solvent, white people from the midwest who go to church are lacking perceptive abilities that old white people born on the east coast with more letters after their name have.

I offer up a new way to judge people, rather than color, rather than money, rather than education, .......are you a pain in the neck to be around or just by your presence, do you make the room, the building, the city, the world, BETTER and happier and more comfortable for others?

Perfect example. But obviously is of no interest to some people, or is just going over their heads. We have been conditioned by the media to prejudge, and unless you've lived in a cave your whole life, pretty much everyone is affected one way or another, depending on which media you tend to view.

The Post is a tabloid known for its rumor mongering. I would consider the source and discredit it about 50 percent.

I really think some people on this forum should take the assessments. They might be surprised at the results.

There are all kinds of hatred, dismissal, feelings of superiority and wrong judgment in this world. I know of some people who summarily dismiss the Morse family as good people, because of two reasons; they are rich and they contribute to the Republican party. It is wrong to prejudge anyone, until you know more about them or know them personally. Not all Catholics are good people, not all Democrats are good people, not all Himalayans are good people, but most are.

But most of all, are you enjoyable to be around by most people? Or do most people grit their teeth when you appear?
