We have some old Cellphones we would like to donate to a charitable organization for the needy. Any suggestions??

When the networks go to 5G and the phones are not @ least 4G--they won't work

We used to donate our old phones to a women's shelter, they can't make a regular call, but they will be able to dial 911.

I would suggest calling your sheriff to see if they give cellphones to battered women.
