What I like with my eggs
 

I haven’t been able to find a restaurant the serves it yet since since I Moved here a month ago but my favorite is a nice big piece of ham off the bone fried up. 2nd would be corned beef hash, 3rd sausage patties.

Bacon is the choice of the civilized world. The rest of you are mutants.

Taylor Ham, popularly known as pork roll. It's a New Jersey staple. Pork roll, egg and cheese on a hard roll should be the state breakfast. It's available to try in Winn Dixie or Publix. Treat yourselves!!

So it looks like Wheat Bread, Over-easy Eggs, with Bacon.

For those of us who do not eat eggs....

BLT made with Nueskes bacon, home grown tomato, iceberg lettuce nestled between 2 slices of Bahamian home made coconut bread lightly toasted with a side of crispy hash browns peppered with diced onions.

Or...

Home made pancakes with lots of cinnamon and a heavy hand of vanilla bean stacked next to hand formed sausage patties.

Either choice covers one until the dinner hour...
