I agree. Also the post about coastal living is true. Central Florida where the Village is tends to get the temperature extremes. Living on the coast, the temperatures are moderated by the ocean. Naples is a nice area with many different retirement communities. It doesn't' get so cold there in the winter, nor as hot in the summer.You might want to check it out. Good luck.

Having previously lived on both FL coasts - Ft Lauderdale & Tampa - I respectfully disagree with your opinion.

I have a home on the east coast in Melbourne and one here in The Villages. We go back and forth every week.
