Hang in there guy.

I presume that is mostly acrylic so your tax base won't go up, right?

Not to worry about taxes. Under the Save Our Homes program, I'll only be paying $647. a year. What really ticks me off is that I had the Florida State Wind Inspector look over the place and he says most of my roofs do not qualify for the insurance abatement rebatement program. And the POA Siding Review and Analysis subcommittee says that the siding was improperly installed and I should join their class action lawsuit. And five different firms have told me the water is terrible and I need to install their simple, inexpensive, easy and cheap to maintain water purification and softening system. Must be true. My water turned black during the tests. Oh the trials of properly ownership! Thank god there are several people here who are willing to help me with my investments so I'll make tons of money. And I get a free lunch just for listening to them!

The Villages Florida

Saw your houses and realized I wanted a simple little country place at The Villages, nothing to large and ostentatious. Something built specifically for a woman, like me.

Did not want to worry about vinyl siding problems, cracks in stucco or if the shingles on my roof were up to code.

You are all invited to come and visit.

You are so fortunate to live in the BIG house....but the servants will have to live here.
If you think that Handie did not approve...look in the back window of the car for the "NY" Yankees hat.

Whoa! Looks like the premier section in Brownwood makes the other premier sections look a little shabby!

Handi:

Too bad your house was built during standard specs era. I'm sure you would have wanted to stretch it in some places because it looks a little cramped. Also, where is the Lani? I thought they came standard in the designer style homes. I'll wait until they start building the premium version before I consider buying.
